Maria Antonopoulou is an MSc student in the field of Drug Discovery and Development at the Department of Pharmacy of UPAT. She graduated from the Department of Chemistry of the University of Patras in 202,3 and then she joined the BioNMR group at the Department of Pharmacy. During her master’s thesis, she is being trained in molecular biology techniques, protein expression in E. coli, isolation, purification by Affinity Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography using a Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) system and characterization through various techniques, including NMR spectroscopy.
