Elisavet Vidali graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Patras in 2023. On her Erasmus+ traineeship at the Instituto per i Sistemi Biologici/ Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, she worked on the development of Resveratrol- loaded liposome formulations for the delivery to the Central Nervous System. Her MSc thesis project, in the BioNMR lab, is about monitoring the metabolism of E. coli cells, during their growth in a bioreactor, by NMR analysis for the optimal yield in recombinant protein production.
