Eftychia Aggelaki completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Patras in 2021. In 2024, she earned a Master’s degree in Drug Design and Development from the same institution. Her MSc thesis focused on investigating the metabolomic profile of children with Growth Hormone Deficiency through NMR spectroscopy, conducted under the supervision of Professor G.A. Spyroulias. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD, with her research centered on exploring the utility of urine metabolomic analysis for the diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD).
