Despina Tsatsaroni is a pharmacist who graduated in August 2023 from the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Patras. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the “Drug Discovery and Development” program at the University of Patras, under the supervision of Professor Georgios A. Spyroulias. As part of her Master’s program, she is engaged in metabolomic analysis utilizing NMR Spectroscopy. Specifically, the project she is working on involves “Metabolomic analysis in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) using NMR Spectroscopy”.
