Panagiota D. Georgiopoulou is an Msc. student at the Department of Pharmacy and she holds a Bsc degree in Pharmacy from the University of Patras (2020). In the academic year of 2019-2020, she performed her Diploma Thesis in the laboratory of “Design / Simulation, NMR Spectroscopy & Conformational Analysis of Bioactive compounds”, starting her research in NMR qualitative/quantitative analysis and metabolomics. In September of 2020, she entered the Postgraduate Studies Program, “Drug Discovery and Development” of Department of Pharmacy (Uof Patras), under the supervision of Dr. G.A. Spyroulias. At postgraduate level, she continues her research in metabolomic analysis of biofluids. Specifically, her current research focuses on urinary metabolomic analysis of full-term and preterm infants, through NMR spectroscopy.
