Panagiota D. Georgiopoulou is a PhD candidate at the Department of Pharmacy, and she holds a Bsc degree in Pharmacy from the University of Patras. In the academic year of 2019-2020, she performed her Diploma Thesis in the laboratory of “Design / Simulation, NMR Spectroscopy & Conformational Analysis of Bioactive compounds”, starting her research in metabolomics. In September of 2020, she entered the Postgraduate Studies Program, “Drug Discovery and Development” of the Department of Pharmacy, under the supervision of Dr. G.A. Spyroulias. She holds a master’s degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and physical products, and now, on her PhD thesis, she is working on metabolomics analysis and COVID-19. She also has experience in food analysis via NMR.
